Output files of scShiba/SnakeScShiba

The output directory of scShiba contains the following sub directories:

  • events: Text files of alternative splicing events. Note that the events are limited to annotated ones.
  • junctions: Junction read counts.
  • results: Results of differential splicing analysis.

The following sub directories are added for when SnakeScShiba is used:

  • benchmark: Benchmarking results.
  • log: Log files of each step.
